Raw & Rooted is an alchemical, free-form dance ceremony rooted in radical self-expression, sensual embodiment, and energetic integrity.
We invite you to seek nothing outside of yourself. To sit so deeply in your root that you begin to remember what it means to be you. To be free. To exist in your full sovereignty.
There is a place inside you that has never forgotten.

Free Form Dance Ceremonies Rooted in Presence and Sensation
Raw & Rooted hosts Phoenix-based dance gatherings rooted in presence, sensation, and collective energy. We create sober, non-contact, phone-free spaces for free form movement, embodiment, and authentic expression.
This is not about spectacle or release alone. It is about creating the conditions where something real can emerge and be met with respect and safety. We dance for integration, manifestation, clarity, channeling, connection to ourselves, and for play!
